Teams planning to compete in the 2012 Upper Midwest Soccer Classic must register with "gotsoccer.com". Click on the logo below to register.

Once you have completed the registration at the "gotsoccer.com" website, then please mail a check to the address below in the amount of $425 for
U13-19, $400 for U11-12 payable to UMSC, along with any required
forms. (Registration Deadline: May 18, 2012)
